I didn't think dark grout would look good with white tiles but it does, nice, because tiles are easy to clean but the grout is not and who wants discolored grout.

Motor oil will remove sharpie and permanent marker. A little bit of used motor oil will do the trick. Put a little on a rag and rub it

I picked up a second hand kitchen on eBay with twice as many cupboards as I needed for like £50, there was a microwave that fits in a tall unit that they gave us for another £50 I think but there was an extractor unit we didnt use etc lumped in. Got an induction hob x oven for £200, a slim dishwasher secondhand for £30, a new extractor for £150-200ish and a set of IKEA kungsfors wall racks for hanging pans, utensils etc on for £70-80ish with hooks, ipad/book stand etc for the rails. So a bit over £500 vs £4000 hehe. I didnt change the tiles/wallpaper/floor though and kept existing worktop and sink. Yours is very modern :) I like that the tap doesnt get streaks!

Having to do pretty close to this on my 328ci after a close encounter with a deer. Was trying to fit the headlights this weekend and figured out at the time that it's going to take a bunch of tweaking to get everything lined up right. Just temp installed the replacements to make sure the lights worked then removed and stored them while I wait for parts to arrive. Glad to know that I was correct in my assessment on fitment
